Sample a friend or partner's culinary creations following their Italian Cookery Masterclass at the state of the art kitchen studio owned by Giancarlo and Katie Caldesi, of BBC2's Return to Tuscany fame. Join them after their class and sit down with the other guests and all the class attendees to taste some of the fantastic food they have produced (including antipasti, three types of pasta, three sauces and a dessert, as well as a great tasting Italian half bottle of wine chosen to perfectly complement your food) in the light, airy kitchen seated area of the school. This is typical Italian style, with big tables laden with good food and good company. Tea, coffee and water is also available throughout your meal. Buon appetito!
